What is your process and how long does it take?
Typical turnaround time is between 4-6 weeks depending on the project’s scope. However, timelines are sometimes affected by client’s feedback and decision making.
What is your pricing like?
Our prices vary depending on your business needs. Our websites start from £350 (excluding annual platform subscription), however it really depends on how big and complex the website required is.
Do I need to own a domain name or hosting before you design my website?
You do not need to have a domain name before we start working on your project, however you will need to purchase one before we launch your site. Hosting is included on the development platform that we use making it very easy for you to manage everything in one place.
What do you need from me?
Design is a two-way process and your input is important. We'll ask you to provide us with any images and text copy for website or collateral pieces.
Do I own the design?
Yes, once the final balance has been paid, you will own all files and design.
Do you offer payment plans?
We are happy to break projects down into partial payments to make the investment a little easier for you and to keep the project moving. Your deposit payment is non-refundable and required to save your spot in our schedule. Then, the rest of your payments can be spread out throughout the project.
